At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. If you would like to include a note in your order please email us at jennifer@jhilldesign.com with your order number. Please note we can not include notes with framed orders. Thanks!

What a nice thought. You can purchase gift cards for $50, $100, and $125 here! Perfect for letting your friend or family member pick our their own pattern and text for a personalized print.

We are happy to accommodate larger sizes. We can print max 3' wide and 8' long. Please email us at jennifer@jhilldesign.com with your desired size and we will get you a printing quote.

Map Ink unfortunately does not accept returns on our products, as they are printed-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order. All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. Anything that is damaged in shipping will be replaced. Please contact us so that we may start a USPS claim.

All payments are processed through our secure checkout. We do not have access to your credit card number.

Because we print most of our products to order, items typically ship in 2-4 business days. If you opt to pay for quicker shipping, the ship time would be from the date the order leaves our building. If you need something right away please shoot us an email at jennifer@jhilldesign.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All international orders take 4-5 business days to process and are shipped via United States Post Office’s International Mail. USPS Priority Mail International and First-Class Mail® International Package are economical options, but please note delivery to major destinations can take up to 10 business days. Also, tracking and insurance are not available with these methods and therefore JHill Design is not responsible for any late/lost packages. If you would like tracking and insurance please choose USPS Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail® International.

FRAMING OPTIONS
We offer custom framing for all prints. Here are some other ideas if you want to try it yourself!

Framing Animal Prints

This print fits perfectly in Ikea's Square Ribba Frame. A customer gave us this great suggestion: Stop by your local frame shop and have a custom mat cut, pop the mat and print into a record album frame such as these.

Small Print: This 5" x 7" print fits into any standard frame. We suggest matting it to 8" x 10" before framing for a finished look.
Medium Print: This 8" x 10" print fits into any standard frame. We suggest matting it to 11" x 14" before framing for a finished look.
Large Print: This 12" x 18" print is not a standard size but there are still some great framing options. 

1. Visit your local frame shop and have a custom mat cut, then pop the piece into a standard 16" x 20" frame, which you can purchase anywhere from Target to your local art store. 
2. Center your print on a piece of coordinating paper to "float" it. Then pop in to the above mentioned frame. 
3. Always a good option–take our piece to your local frame shop and have them work their magic.
